Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.
DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on the Victoria Sponge website was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification MUST include ALL of the following elements to be valid:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at Victoria Sponge's discretion.
